'Add a message' not working

Your theme is enqueueing an out-of-date version of jQuery rather than the version of jQuery that is bundled with WordPress. For this reason, core functions needed for the date and time pickers are not available. This is causing a JavaScript error which is cascading to the rest of the JavaScript functions on the page.

Once you load the bundled version of WordPress it should work for you. Let me know if you still have any problems after getting that sorted out.
