    Hello Help Forum
I have an “Add a Menu” field in my website tagline area that I can’t seem to remove. Using Customizer.
Plugins include Google Translator, Social Media sharing and like buttons (if they could make the difference).
I’ve tried the customise commands specific to the tagline area and nothing seems to remove it. Also tried the menu page and that doesn’t do anything either.
I’m not technically savvy but hit upon the elements area. Was able to highlight and delete what seemed to be the code for this feature but that didn’t hold after I’d done it.
Can someone please help me remove this thing from my website?
    Thank you
    Fran

That’s because you’re logged in to the backend and it’s a quick link. Try logging out and looking again.

Thanks for explaining this rdell. It seemed odd because, up until a certain point, it had not appeared on the screen. My first response was to assume that it was an added “extra”. Thank you for helping me.

Hmm, sorry rdell but… the add a menu feature is not just aback-end image. It’s currently on my live website – psychicandenergywork.com.au – and I’d like to remove it asap.
Can you or someone else help me please?
And thank you all for helping me.

Where is it exactly, as I can’t see it?

    Either
    a) You’ve logged in again by accident
    b) You need to clear cache using Ctrl/F5 (PC) or Cmd/F5 (Mac)

    Hello rdell
Sorry for the delay. You were spot on and I’m sorry if I wasted any of your time.
Thank you for helping me. It’s made a big difference.
    Fran
