Add a logo to my blog site

Hello – I am trying to add a logo to this theme: https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/sela/

I’ve read how to add one, however I am not getting the same panel that I see in the description on how to add a logo. I get a different panel when I click on Customize – site title. See example here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bzk5VhaRQ71_VmxxaFhIOVZzUjA/view?usp=sharing
