Add a list and choosea user

    Hi,

    As an admin, I wanted to add a list and choose a user who has been registered as the author. This is because the person is old and does not want to deal with tech. However, I see, we can choose only a Vendor. But the person’s name has not appeared in the search bar because he is not one. Is it because he does not have an ad submitted and approved yet? I believe, there must be a way for an administrator to assign add listing to any registered member. Is there a way for this?

    Hi,
    If you add a new listing there should be a user drop-down list (please try searching by username, not name). If it’s not available please try adding a vendor first (in WordPress/Vendors section).

    Thank you, I will try this.

    I need to report a bug. Suppose I share my website link on Facebook. Someome clicks on it and my website is open via the Facebook browser. The oerson successfully created an account and chose a category to list. Once he is on the image button, the button does not work. It does not open the phone gallery. I got 12 people reported this.

    However,it works fine if they submit a list via their own browser, outside of Facebook. Can this be solved?

    Also, under images label, I need to add (up to 3 images). How to do this? The submit page does not have anything.

    1. Thanks for reporting this issue, we’ll try to fix it in the next HivePress update (it seems that Facebook browser has some extra security restrictions).
