Add a link for comments to front page posts

I am using NewsTheme on my site https://containerherbs.com and would like to have a link on the front page so my readers can comment without having to go to the single page.

I want the link to be just above the Sociable widget on the front page. How do I modify the code (and what file in the theme) to show a link to make a comment? I really need the specific code too. Or send me in the right direction to find the code to use. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
