Add a line of code to each post in a specific category

  • I would like to add a line of code at the bottom of each post in a particular category. The code will change for each category. Could someone please let me know how I could do this?

    My site is build like this:

    Category: Colors
    Posts 1. Red
    2. Blue
    3. Green
    4. A general post on all colors

    I want to put a line on each of the posts (#1-3) such as “see more posts on colors” with a link to the general post with info on all colors (#4).

    It will be a line with about 5 words and a link.
