Add a limit to the visibility terms queries

Hi,
At https://www.fool.com.au we use the Mega Menu plugin to manage our navigation menus, which are composed of various widgets.
We also have a LOT of terms, thousands of categories, tags, and custom taxonomy terms.
We recently added a huge amount of new terms due to an infrastructure update and now when we try to edit the menu widgets we run into a out of memory error.

Since what the plugin is trying to do is to check which taxonomies have any terms at all, can you please add a limit to the
