Add a hyperlink to a group block?

    I have a group of blocks that each contain hyperlinks to the same destination. Google Search Console reports a mobile usability problem “clickable elements too close together.” To fix, I want to apply a single hyperlink to an entire Gutenberg group.

    Is this possible either with the included Gutenberg blocks or with one from a block library?

    I saw this question and answer, but it’s not applicable for Drupal’s Gutenberg implementation, as there is no equivalent to the classic editor. Is there another way I can accomplish this outside of creating my own custom Gutenberg block?

    Hi there,

    By default achieving this use case with Gutenberg is not possible. I guess an alternative to the classic block is the HTML block if it is available on Drupal’s Gutenberg?

    Otherwise, a possible solution would be to implement a simple link block, similar to the group but encapsulates everything inside an “a” element and allows to pick a link destination.
