Add A Hover Color Effect

  • Hello!

    I am trying to add a hover effect to my buttons, which are located under my slider on my blog: BlondieintheCity.com. The “buttons” are “The Home” “The Office” etc…

    If possible, I’d like it to hover over as a black overly that has a low opacity. I created the buttons on photoshop, so I could easily create the hover on photoshop as well, I just wouldn’t know how to add it.

    I added the HTML in a text Widget, if that helps with giving you more info.
