Add a filter or selector based on taxonomy

I have the following shortcode:

[su_tab title=”FEMENINA” disabled=”no” anchor=”” url=”” target=”blank” class=””][team_standings 4112][/su_tab]
[su_tab title=”MIXTA” disabled=”no” anchor=”” url=”” target=”blank” class=””][team_standings 4115][/su_tab]

Every “team_standing” is a list of ranked teams based on points during the latest 4 years.
Year is a taxonomy defined as “sp_season”

I would like to have a selector, in the page where the shortcode is, listing all the years (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021), and filter the shortcode based on the selected year.

Is there a way to accomplish this?
What do you recommend?
