Add a disclaimer check box to checkout

MarketPress already provides such a checkbox with a link to your Privacy Policy page (as this is set to the core WP settings).

The text “By clicking this checkbox you allow the website to process your personal data.” is also translatable so you can override it with a custom translation file (let me know if more assistance is needed on this part).

You can change the Privacy Policy page in Settings -> Privacy:
