Add A Contact

It wasnt there before and just appeared so wondered if it was added in by Jetpack ? or is is it a wordpress thing or a woocommece thing?

Yes, it’s a Jetpack feature for adding contact forms to your content as shown here:
https://jetpack.com/support/contact-form-classic-editor/

If you’re not using Jetpack contact forms anywhere on your site, you can disable the Contact Form module entirely, which will also remove the Add Contact Form button.

You can disable that as explained here:
