add a checkbox on custom link menu items to set target=”_blank”

@tomhung this has been implemented in v5.4.0 I’ve just released. I made a couple of modifications to the code snippet you linked:

• Only add the “open in new tab” custom field for custom link nav item type. The default snippet would add the custom field to all nav item types.
• Add rel=”noopener noreferrer nofollow” attribute along with the target=”_blank” attribute.
