Add a checbox to Emails Subscribers and Newsletters plugin

  • Hi,
    In addition with “WP Gdpr Compliance” plugin, I use “Emails Subscribers and Newsletters” plugin which adds a form for the user to be notified of future articles publications.
    I’d like to add a checkbox to get hos consent when he enters his email address.

    Is there a way with your plugin to get what I wish ?
