Add a chart of posts per month

Hi,

Is there any way to put up a bar chart of the number of posts I make per month on my blog. I don’t need it as a widget necessarily, it’s just something I would like to put on the About page of my blog so visitors know how (in)frequently I blog. Any suggestions on how to do this or pointers to any plugin that does this?

I found a site that does what I want as a vertical widget. But the author lost me at the first step itself. ?? Also, I would prefer if I could put it on a page rather than a widget.
