Add 30 tables to database?

    Currently auditing a site that has WordPress Landing Pages installed and it seems that there are 30 tables created for WPML compatibility, but not entirely sure how or why?

    25 of tables are empty and other 5 have barely any content in them. Based on the table names and little data within it seems that they’re all related to email list functionality.

    If I deactivate the plugin the tables remain. This seems sloppy and I would like to confirm that this plugin is creating the tables please.
