Add 2nd column to homepage

I followed the instructions below, but only have empty space on the left for the second column. How do I actually add it ? https://www.uifuture.com

* Customize >> Customize Layout >> Home >> Right Column/Left Column;
* Customize >> Customize Sidebars >> Home >> check mark for the First column or Second column;
