Adaptive/mobile viewport problem

Hello Tobias,
Sorry to bother you but I can’t find any info on my problem. All the tables on my site https://www.fooview.co.uk are set up in matching format however, I can not work out how to make them adaptive to mobile. The text in the main ‘review’ column condenses and displays vertically on mobile.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
