Adapting Billions Theme for mobile

I am using the free Billions theme on my blog https://www.mediahelpingmedia.org/blog/ and I really like it and want to keep it. But it’s not mobile friendly according to the Google mobile friendly site https://www.google.co.uk/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/
Does anyone know whether there is a fix for this, and, if not, what files do I need to change to make it more mobile friendly?
