Ad will not go away

    We tried to remove an ad campaign and it would not go away even after deactivating, and then un-installing the plugin. The ad is still on the home page even with no CM pop up banners plugin on the website. We have the latest version of the plugin. Please advise on how to fix this.

    If plugin is deactivated it can not generate a popup. It could be that you have a cache system somewhere that causing this
