Ad Short Codes are not appearing in the HTML Editor

Hi,
Thank you for a great plugin.

The issue:
After updating the plugin to version 1.5.5, the Ad shortcodes are not appearing in the HTML editor of WordPress post editor.
So, I am manually typing the shortcodes that make the process longer.
Can you please look into the issue and get the shortcode buttons back.

Feature Request:
Can you please add the Short Codes button in the VISUAL editor also. This will make the process faster (rather than repeatedly going back to the HTML mode to insert the shortcodes).

I had previously requested for this feature and you had replied in affirmative. But after that, there has been no news regarding that feature. I am using post pagination plugins that are providing the “Insert Pagination” button in the Visual Editor. So, clicking on it inserts the pagination code & we are able to see exactly where we used the code without needing to switch to HTML mode. A similar feature in WP Quads will make it more easy to use.
