    Hi Thomas,

I’m simply using AA to display sidebar image ads and want them to rotate/refresh each time a page is loaded. Am I correct in understanding that the only way to have this functionality when there is a caching plugin running is to upgrade to the paid version?

Thank you in advance for your help…

    Hi bb1975,

    thanks for reaching out.

If I get you right you are not looking for a solution to rotate the ads without a reload.

Since you want the ads to change dynamically on a cached website you would need the cache busting option from Advanced Ads Pro to enable your ads served via placements to adapt or rotate.

Another option might be to exclude your pages in question from caching.

If you have questions about any premium extensions of Advanced Ads, I want kindly ask you to reach out to our support. The forums on www.remarpro.com are only for the plugins that are also hosted here.

Thanks for understanding, and we hopefully meet there.

    Best regards,
    Henning

    Hi Henning,

Thank you for your reply. To clarify, I have a group of banner ads and I simply want a different one to be displayed when a page load takes place. With my caching plugin enabled, the banners are not changing on a page when a refresh takes place.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi there,

    thanks for the reply.

Yes, on a cached website this would require the cache busting feature available with Advanced Ads Pro.

Please also have a look at this article about caching and ads.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,
    Henning
