I am trying to use Ad Rotation to have 2 ads and 1 placement. Each ad has equal weight so 50/50. However, what I have is 2 ads on the same page stacked one on top of the other. Every time I refresh, nothing changes.

Shortcode – When I inserted the shortcode manually into a post, I was able to get the ad to work as intended, but I end up with 3 ads, the original 2 ads, and the one from the shortcode that is working properly.

How do I get rid of the 2 ads and have just one ad showing that alternates on page refresh?

Furtherote: how do I change the ad placement of an already existing ad. I noticed that I am only able to access this(Where do you want to display the ad?) option when creating an ad for the first time.

    Thanks!

    Hi codeblue001,

    Thanks for reaching out.

When you navigate in your WordPress backend to Advanced Ads > Placements, you can see your ad setup at a glance. This is the place that I prefer for ad management.

There, you should find the existing placement with the group. If you unassign the group from this placement, only the ad group will be injected via shortcode.

But this is a workaround, and I recommend resolving the issue with the group. If you embed this group, do you notice any errors when you open the browser console in your frontend? Can you share a link to your website?

    Best regards,
    Joachim

    Hi Joachim,
I appreciate the feedback. Your recommendation worked and I was able to get rid of the multiple players. The issue was in the placement, once I fixed that it started working correctly.

    Thanks!
