Ad Rotate Conflict with Media Library ?

I am working on a site and ran into an issue with the Media Library once activating AdRotate.
After some testing with AdRotate; activating and deactivating it, I have found that when Adrotate is activated the Media Library does not show any of the images.
Is there any setting that either should be set or could be set that would interfere with the display of the images in the Media Library ?
