Ad on unwated space

Hello, I tried to use the auto code placement on my website and everything works fine the ads are pretty much on the right places, but there is a spot right under the header, google puts and a very big horizontal ad there.
Right under the header menus and above the slider posts. and it’s the same on every post or page. I want that specific spot to be free of ads, can you guide me something about it.
