• I’m having a really hard time finding what I’m looking for and I’m hoping someone out there can point me in the right direction. I’ve looked at both Event Management plugins (which either don’t allow for recurring events or they’re a pain to work with OR they do, but I can’t set a number of “tickets” or “seats” for an event) and Ad Management Plugins (which seem to only be for rotating banner ads on a site and I can’t set up a calendar). I need a blending of the two. Is there anything like that out there??

    DETAILS
My business partner and I have a newsletter, similar to BookBub, where eBooks on sale are featured for our subscribers. We have different types of e-mail that go out on different days, but as an example, we have an “Email Blast” that goes out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We have six ad spots available to sell on each of those days in three categories (2 ads in each category).

What I would LIKE is a calendar interface where they can see the types of ad spots on the monthly or weekly view (preferably, the choice of views available to the customer), and when the customer clicks on the ad type (e.g., “Email Blast”), they’ll have the option of choosing between the ad spots for that day (e.g., one of the six spots mentioned above).

When someone buys an ad, I’d like that “ticket” or “seat” to be taken and, therefore, no longer available for someone else to purchase AND control how many they can buy at once (I don’t want one person buying all six spots for a single day). We sell these on a first-come, first-served basis.
I would also like to have the ability to set up a repeating or recurring “events” so I don’t have to manually create a new “event” for Monday, then Wednesday, then Friday, and do that for every single week. OMG that will get so freakin’ monotonous and time consuming.

    HELP! Any suggestions?

TYIA for any assistance anyone can offer!!

    Best,
    Arial Burnz
