    Hi, I’m new to Ad Inserter and new to making website. Only know html codes.

    I’m planning to add an ads in my website, like an overlay image with a close button. And I’m planning to put it in all my site. Hope anyone can help me. Overlay Image with Close Button and when you scroll down or up, it will stay there the whole time except closing it. Image can be random and can be clickable to open a new tab. Image should have different link.
