Ad Inserter cuts out my code

Hi! Sorry for my poor English.

Why when I want to publish a block with my code, for example:

<tr class="single-step">
			<td colspan="2">
<a href="https://target-domain.com/"><img src="myphoto.jpg"></a>
        </td></tr>

The plugin publishes only this code:

<a href="https://target-domain.com/"><img src="myphoto.jpg"></a>

That is, it cuts out my code with table cells.

Why it happens?
