Ad Inserter and Social Blogging Site

I want to know if Ad Inserter can automatically put up a relevant ad whenever a member of my social networking site-to-be posts a blog?
For example, they post something about sites to see in Jamaica and then when they post it an ad automatically comes up in a place I specify that advertises something about Jamaica (e.g. hotel/flight deals, a book of sightseeing places, etc.).

Can this be done with adsense (and any other types of ads)?
