Ad Code Display Issue on Blocks 4 and 5

    I have placed some ad codes on blocks 4 and 5, but they are appearing in red color. Although I have not paused them, they are still showing as paused, and some ads are being displayed but some are not. The settings shown in the image below are the ones I have applied:
