I am not using any ad blocking on the website or the browser, in the settings page it shows the message:

“It looks like you are using some sort of ad or script blocker which is blocking the script and CSS files of this plugin. In order for the plugin to work properly you need to disable the script blocker.”

    How to solve it?

    Thanks,

  • Hi @solutionsdev

Could you try checking this using an incognito browser? If the issue disappears, you can follow the steps indicated in this article to disable AdBlocking from your browser – Where’s the Ad Blocker On Google Chrome?

Additionally, you can try turning off all your browser extensions temporarily. See if the issue persists.

Lastly, make sure that your browser allows cookies and have this disabled.

If the issue persists after doing so, please send us a support request at [email protected].

Let me know how it goes.

    Regards,
    Kenneth

I tried everything you mentioned, but did not work with the same message.

The trials were on chrome that does not have any extension plus that I also tried on MS Edge, but all the same results.

Could you send us a message at [email protected]? We’ll look into this further.

    Thanks!
