    Hi tvanderwert,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Can you please be more specific about the error you see?

Is this showing while working on the backend or related to your ads showing on the page?

I checked back seniortriathletes.com and found a working ad placed using Advanced Ads showing a “Featured Supplier” image ad. This one shows fine on Edge and Chrome.

For more information on this topic, please also see this manual about how Advanced Ads deals with ad blocker software.

    Best regards,
    Henning

The error message, in red text, at the top of the ‘Ads Dashboard’ page is “(!) Please disable your AdBlocker to prevent problems with your ad setup”. This is the only thing displayed on this page.

While ads are displayed, I am not able to create a group. Besides, I cannot find a group to which I assigned some ads previously. It was working until a few days, maybe a couple of weeks, ago.

I am able to edit the Ads, just not create a new or edit a previously created group.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi tvanderwert1652,

I am also trying to understand your problem. What you describe looks more like a conflict with Chrome than a problem with your site.

Would you please double-check under Chrome Extensions that there is really no AdBlocker active anymore? Please also consider script blockers or other privacy/security extensions in this check.

If you enter this in the address bar of your browser chrome://settings/content/javascript, you will get to the JS settings of Chrome. Is the execution of JS deactivated for your page?

    Best regards,
    Joachim

I think you are correct about it being a Chrome problem. It works as expected in Edge. Still a problem in Chrome.

    You can close this case.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi Terry,

    Thanks for your reply.

Before closing this topic, I would appreciate finding out what is causing this issue on your side.

I am using Chrome too (95.0.4638.69) and tried to replicate your issue without success, even if I enabled several built-in script restrictions.

Did you find the time to look at your extensions to check if something is enabled that blocks scripts or specific contents?

    Best regards,
    Joachim

Thank you for the suggestion to check my extensions. I found an extension that was preventing the ad groups & rotation from being viewed and edited in Chrome.

    Thanks again for your help.

    Hi Terry,

Thank you so much for your prompt reply. Sounds great and I will close this topic.

If you are satisified with our help, you might leave a review for Advanced Ads.

    Best regards,
    Joachim
