Ad block message

Is the any WordPress plugin that detects if the user who uses my website has ad block installed on his/ her machine? Also allows me to display a custom message to disable ad block?

Actually it is not just about wordpress, it is with cj.com too, I get this message on cj.
“members.cj.com says ‘We have detected that an Ad Blocker may be causing the page you selected not to load. Please deactivate your adblocker for this session or domain.'”
