We allow for banners on featured listings, however, this would only show on featured listings. Unfortunately, we don’t have any option for users to pay to register. Something like that would require a memberships plugin to achieve.
That being said, we also have another plugin Formidable Forms which seems like it would be great for your needs here. Formidable Forms will allow you add banners to your listings as well as create custom forms for your directory.
