AD #5 Below The Title displayed twice

Hi,

I have issue with AD #5 Below The Title (Single Post). This ad is displayed twice.

Other AD that I have enabled: AD #1 and AD #4.

I found similar problems in this forum, but these fixes do not solve the problem.
