    this morning I updated the plugin and after this stetp, mastodon stopped to receive new posts from my WordPress. In WP “site health” there is no error reported. How can debug which is the problem ?

    Have you changed something in the settings? It seems that Authors are no longer active. Can you check your settings (wp-admin/options-general.php?page=activitypub&tab=settings) and see if “Enable authors” is checked?

    I changed it after I had this issue, trying to fix the issue.
    Now I restored it, enabled Authors .
    I changed absolutely nothing in addiction to Authors

    No error in site health .

    I logged out from WP and logged in and now the post appeared , could it be related ?

    today other two posts not published , I tried login on/off and this time didn’t work.

    The posts will be published, using WP_Cron and depending on your setup, this could cause some time to publish.

    I have the same issue. I checked the registered cron jobs, but there was only “activitypub_cleanup_followers”. I then deactivated and reactivated the AP plugin, and now there’s also “activitypub_update_followers”. I would have expected to see another cron job for the actual posting, but I don’t see any. Could that be an issue? What cron jobs should be there?

    This is a single cron, that will be queued when publishing a new post.
