Activity types missing

  • I created a new activity type called “web form” for contacts AND cases and a Caldera form to send data to CiviCRM.
    But when I try to set up the processor for this form this new option doesn’t show up in the activity type dropdown list.

    Another new activity type called “Videochat” does appear in the dropdown list as expected though.

    What could be wrong? Thanks for any suggestions.
