Activity Plus Plug-in without Buddypress?

    Anyone aware if this plug-in has been adapted for WordPress posts without the need for Buddypress?

    If not, anyone willing to do so?

    I tend to post a lot of links and need a plug-in like this to speed up the process.

    As usual, figuring out what words to search on is the key to finding answers. In this case the phrases “open graph protocol”, and “wordpress link preview” led me to what I needed.
