  • Hey there m4a1fox,

    How are you doing today?

Can you please check if there are any JS errors in console and if yes can you please paste them here?

For example in Chrome go to “View -> Developer -> JavaScript Console” and in Firefox you can go to “Tools -> Web Developer -> Console”

    Please let me know ??

    Cheers,
    Bojan

    Hey again m4a1fox,

This means that the image is not being added to your server properly or the image can’t be accessed resulting in 404, usually I’d assume that this is related to the permissions on the uploads folder but since you mentioned that everything worked before I don’t believe this is the case here.

Do you have any security plugins that you’ve added recently?

    Cheers,
    Bojan

Hi Bojan. There are a lot of plugins actually. maybe I need to switch off most of them and left just buddypress and activity plus for testing behaviour?! About upload folder – the permissions are set 777 for uploads and sub folders. I’ve check this several times.

You know. I just left this https://yadi.sk/i/GsEvmbJCoVWfw plugins active. And it didn’t help actually (. One more. I’ve test this on default WP theme (Twenty Fourteen)

This is screenshot https://yadi.sk/i/GsEvmbJCoVWfw from terminal about permissions.

    Hey again m4a1fox,

I double checked this on my end just to make sure this is not related to our plugin.

If you already tested this with all plugins deactivated and by using one of the default themes this is probably server related. Can you please contact your hosting provider to see if there is some sort of server sided security or anything else that would prevent that image from being displayed properly?

    Please let me know ??

    Cheers,
    Bojan

Hi Bojan. The from begin display properly, yes. But I can’t connect to my server – because it’s not working on my local machine :). You see. This is the main error. The problem on local.

    Hey again,

Sorry for the late response ??

This is going to be difficult to troubleshoot as this is on local server, are you going to push that site live anytime soon?

    Please let me know.

    Cheers,
    Bojan
