Activity Log Data in Sender but Empty in Receiver

Is there a way I can ask for help with the Free version? I think I have it setup correctly. Users exist on both sites but the login status is not syncing. I enabled the logs – however, I could not find any documentation on how to diagnose them. I did register on your site but could not open a ticket.
