Activing plugin problem

    Hi,

    I have downloaded the plugin via my WordPress admin panel and when I try to active it I get the following fatal error.

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/magics/public_html/foragerssecret.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/translation-exchange/src/tml/src/Tml/Application.php on line 148

    I have 5 other plugins installed;
    Akismet, Autoptmize, Custom css, Jetpack & WP Maintenance mode.

    If you need any other information just ask.
