Activello header with Sparkling theme

I’m working with another popular colorlib theme, Sparkling, but much prefer the menu, title and logo layout in Activello’s header.

I’ve been working with the code in the themes’ header.php, style.css and customizer.php files, but have not been able to achieve what I want.

I’m hoping others in this forum might take a look and perhaps offer coding suggestions.
