Actived plugin…but can not to see in menu

I used WooCommerce and i want use your plugin. When I install your or other Table Rate plugin i don’t see in MENU only one plugin (but worked wrongly). Do you have any advice with this? Because I use other 4 plugin for others things without problem.So pls can you help me? THX
