Activecampaign custom fields missing

    Hello,

    I’m trying to save contacts from a form created with Jetformbuilder into Activecampaign (AC) but the custom fields that I created on AC are not appearing on Jetformbuilder.

    I have all the API key and URL all correct since the created list I have on AC showed up. The only fields that appear are the default ones: Email, First Name, Last Name, Phone and Organization.

    Any help is appreciated.

    JetEngine > Form > Post-submit Actions > ActiveCampaign Fields Map

    My custom fields are not showing. Only the default ones.

    How can I show my custom fields?

    • I already reset the ActiveCampaign API Key
    • Deleted and Recreated the ActiveCampaign Post-submit Action / Notification Settings
    • Clicked “Update List” multiple times

    Hoping for any clue or solution to show the ActiveCampaign Fields

    Version 2.1.5 added support for custom fields in ActiveCampaign. Hence the issue is resolved after updating the plugin
