    Hi,
    I have two issues I am dealing with!

    First, the active switch is not working. I am trying to turn off feed but the switch stays on.

    And lastly, I make changes to feeds but the XML files are not updating.

    Are those issues known to you?

    The product feed was not refreshing because of the browser cache. So I fixed it.

    The activate switch though still not working…

    So you are not able to turn-off a feed? What is happening when you toggle it off then?

    While it seems like it is off when you toggle, if you refresh the page, it stays on.

    I tried from 2 different devices with the same results. I also used the force off command in the URL from another thread with no luck.

    Have you checked this issue? Can you replicate it because I am still facing it @supportadtribes

    Hi,

    Unfortunately we are not able to replicate the issue at all and nor did any other user report this to us.

    Did you check the browser console log to see if it shows any JS/jQuery errors when you are on that page? I suspect it might be caused by another plugin of which the jQuery is buggy which causes the jQuery needed by our plugin never to get executed.

    There are no errors and also I deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce and Product Feeds Elite and still the issue replicating.
