Active popup overriding animation setting on mobile

Thanks for your response. I’ve just deactivated the current popup.
I’ve downloaded the system info, but I don’t know what you mean by a link retrieving option – the screenshot doesn’t make any sense and I don’t want to download new software. Can I simply send you the text edit file via wetransfer? And to what email address please?
