Active PDF with Control Buttons

Afternoon Worpressers

I have a PDF which has an upload image feature, a print button and a submit button.

I have embeded it into my website using a document embeder, Iframe, and PDF Embeder.

Only the Iframe works so that the fields can be completed. Here is where the problem lies, if I click on the upload image field, it is inactive, again neither the print or submit button function.

Is there a plugin that can be used, so that all the buttons and controls work, or is then any activate coding that needs to be added inside?

I am not a programmer so please keep it simple :o)
