  • This seems to be in the download folder under the root. you wont see it in Media

Hi @amtab1, it appears those documents exist separate from the WordPress install. If you are comfortable using FTP, you can log into the website directory and look for the folder “downloads” in the website root folder. Many hosting providers also offer a “File Manager” tool where you can navigate the directory through your browser and access the files that way.

Once you’re able to get into the “downloads” folder you can look for those files and delete them manually. If you want to keep the new catalog in the same folder, you can upload them to the “download” folder and access them using the same URL structure above.

Alternatively, and likely your best option is to upload the replacement catalogs as PDF files directly through the WordPress “Media Library” in the WordPress admin panel, copy the URL of the file, and then update the links across the website and point them to the new file.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks @luckychingi and @slackerman

Unfortunately I had already gone into the root using my FTP and deleted all the PDFs from the download directory and any other places old PDFs where. I have the newest catalog uploaded, but in a different area.

My main problem is the only way I know how to get to the bad pages (linked above) are from a google search. I have no idea where in my WordPress they actually are.

slacekrman how do I update the link across the website? I’m not sure what you mean.
