Active on Woocommerce Emails despite turning off

Hi i have a system already set up to make my woocommerce emails nice using https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/ but it doesn’t deal with non woocommerce emails so I added your plugin but it just adds the email header and footer above my woocommerce templates despite the setting say no head or footer for woocommerce. The contact form email look good though.
