Active links in tab content don't change with style sheet

I modified the website .css so that active links in body content are now a different color — but it is not transferring to the content within the tabs…
It appears that it should be pulling the site style sheet — but it isn’t. Everywhere else on the site the active links are now gray ie.

https://www.prosoundtraining.com/site/shopping-cart/web-based-training/level-50-how-systems-work/Is there a fix for this?
